I. Position Title:  Lead Systems Analyst

Duties:  Ridge Business Solutions LLC in Reston, VA is seeking Lead Systems Analysts to process the analysis of business needs, identify and implement information systems solutions, and identify and correct software bugs based on testing results. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science and business systems principles and concepts to perform the following duties: Supervise and mentor junior systems analysts on gathering and analyzing systems requirements, as well as identifying and implementing information systems solutions. Provide advanced support to application users regarding technical or functional issues, including registration menus and FORMS. Perform GAP Analysis and high-level business requirements gathering. Create procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vacancies and needs. Use Pivot Tables and V-lookups to manipulate data in MS Excel. Perform high-level data validation. Serve as point person on systems functionality. Provide troubleshooting and develop and modify data error handling procedures and solutions. Execute consistent modification to procedures in order to provide solutions to business problems and needs. Follow up and work with company clientele to ensure all needs are met by the new or improved implemented system. This position will manage and supervise 2 junior level Analysts. This position does not involve any participation in staffing or management decisions (i.e., reviews, compensation, hiring or termination).

 Minimum Requirements:The normal minimum requirements for the offered position are as follows: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Engineering Systems (Electrical or Computer), or a related field, plus at least 18 months of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Of the required experience, qualified applicants should possess at least 1 year of experience working with each of the following: SQL, PL/SQL, C, C++, SQL Server 2008/2008R2/2012, Oracle applications 11.0.3 NCA/11i/R12, Fusion HCM, Clear Case, and PVCS.

II. Position Title:  Business Intelligence Analyst II

Duties:  Ridge Business Solutions LLC in Reston, VA is seeking Business Intelligence Analysts to process the analysis of business needs, identify and implement information systems solutions, and identify and correct software bugs based on testing results. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science and business systems principles and concepts to perform the following duties: Lead Design Analysis, Application Development, Implementation, Maintenance and Documentation of Data Warehouse, Data Mart and Business Intelligence using Informatica, ODI and OBIEE. Review analysis of business requirements and functional specifications. Ensure proper Installation and configuration of Informatica, Oracle BI EE 11g in sandbox environment and lead testing of the reports and dashboards. Document meeting notes to convert them as technical design documents. Coordinate creation of comprehensive and easy-to-understand Oracle Answers and Dashboards User Guide, and provide intensive Training to business users and to enable the use of Ad-hoc Reporting. Design and Develop the OBI Repository at 3 layers i.e., Physical Layer (connecting to Data Warehouse and imported objects with joins), Business Model/data mapping (create Logical tables, Drill-Down Hierarchies & complex joins) and Presentation Layer level (create presentation catalogs). Review presentation folders and test and validate the model. Provide assistance to Junior level team members to complete day to day tasks. Perform Repository Configuration, Troubleshooting, Migration and Server Administration of DEV, QA and PROD environment. Coordinate Production support activities, including incident ticket resolving, issues fixing and troubleshooting the problems. Coordinate and oversee Bi-weekly Scrum meeting as part agile methodologies and creating weekly status review meeting notes. This position will manage and supervise 2 junior level Analysts. This position does not involve any participation in staffing or management decisions (i.e., reviews, compensation, hiring or termination).

 

Minimum Requirements:The normal minimum requirements for the offered position are as follows: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Business Administration, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position.

 Qualified applicants should also possess demonstrable proficiency and knowledge working with each of the following: Implementing ETL process using Informatica, ODI. Installing and configuring Informatica and Oracle BI EE 11g in sandbox environment. OBIEE reporting tool security administration. Writing Oracle SQL/PL SQL scripts as part of day to day activity. Java Programming Language. ***NOTE: Demonstrable proficiency means: being able to demonstrate a level of technical knowledge and skill sufficient enough to successfully complete tasks in the associated competency without assistance.

III. Position Title:  Management Analyst 

Duties:  Ridge Business Solutions LLC in Reston, VA is seeking an experienced Management Analyst to assist management in analyzing business operations and making recommendations on how the company can operate more cost-efficiently and effectively. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of financial and business administration principles and concepts, as well as related financial and business operations' experience, to perform the following duties and responsibilities: Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Coordinate financial planning and budget functions that support strategic objectives; Perform budget research and analyses and provide recommendations to senior management. Monitor and analyze operating results against budget. Determine financial methods, procedures and costs; conduct cost benefit analyses; and review and prepare financial and statistical reports. Perform business process re-engineering. Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activities and financial standing utilizing technologies, including Sabre & Amadeus, and Globalware. Identify future state target for accounting applications. Negotiate and implement third-party tools. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. Involved in complex GL chart of account mapping between Oracle EBS and legacy applications. Work with finance and software accounting packages. Participate in change management process, developing technical design document for application. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Utilize Financial Functional Implementation Skills for General Ledger, Application Payables, Application Receivables and Fixed Assets (full cycle legacy migration/ implementation/upgrade experiences). Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. This position is not engaged in supervision of other personnel nor any participation in staffing or management decisions (i.e., reviews, compensation, hiring or termination).

 

Minimum Requirements:The normal minimum requirements for the offered position are as follows: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Business Administration, accounting, marketing, or a related field, plus five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in a related position(s).

 

Qualified applicants should also possess demonstrable proficiency and knowledge working with each of the following: Forecasting and creating financial models. Finance and accounting software packages, including NetSuite and ADP. Negotiating and implementing third-party tools. Preparation of reports that summarize and forecast company business activities and financial standing utilizing Sabre & Amadeus, and Globalware. Monitoring and analyzing operating results against the budget. Ecommerce Fraud protection tools, including Accertify and Kount.
